What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when the destination is selected.

Deliveries within Greece are charged 3,5€ – Express Service (Speedex Courier).

Deliveries within EU are charged 12€ (Standard Post).

International shipping cost is 40€ (Standard Post).

FREE SHIPPING for orders over 100€ for Greece and over 150€ for Europe.

Why are some products shown on backorder?

An item shown on backorder is a sold out item that we will soon start to reproduce.

Practically it means that shipping will be a bit delayed (usually shipping will start in about 2 weeks from time of purchase).

Please feel free to contact us should you require any further information.

There are 5 methods of payment.

  1. Credit/debit card
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. PayPal
  4. Cash on Delivery – available only for orders within Greece( +4€).
  5. Cash on Pick Up – available only for orders within Greece.

In case you choose cash on pick up, your order will stay on hold for two days. Make sure to contact us should you require any special arrangements.

How long will delivery take?

It usually takes 1-5 days. Keep in mind that some items are made to order, so some delays may occur. Feel free to contact us should you need any further information.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

All data is protected. All payments go through your bank.

We never see your card information!

Our website only keeps your name, email and number and shipping address.

This site does not hold your card information.

Online payments are totally secure.

All payments go through your bank.

All your personal information are used to process your order and are not shared with third party agents.

What about international shipping?

We usually send our products through the regular mail service. Should you require shipping with DHL, let us know before you place your order so we can inform you about shipping costs.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

If your item doesn’t fit you or it is not exactly what you hoped for or if it’s faulty or incorrect, you can return it and either get Store Credit or get a full refund.

Just drop us an email at iam@angrysally.com or contact us through our social media accounts and we will get it sorted.

Return Postage Expenses are covered by the customer.

Please return the item with 14 days after delivery.

Please return your item with it’s tags and receipt.

As soon as we receive the item and confirm its condition, we do as you choose! You can either get a full refund or you can get a coupon for your item’s original value and spend it on our store.
